Our first piece, and the one from which everything else begins.

A cascade of pearls is strung on a dark filament as fine as a single strand of hair, designed to recede into black and brown hair so the pearls appear to float across it like light moving over water.

Created for Afro-heritage hair from the very first thread, La Rivière is built around movement, adaptability, and ease. Its dark, hair-fine filament recedes naturally into black and brown hair, allowing the pearls to hold the eye as the piece travels through braids, locs, coils, curls, wigs, weaves, and sleek styles.

Light enough to move almost unnoticed and striking enough to command a room, it moves naturally from one expression to the next.
